At OneAdvocate, I believe that every child deserves a champion. With over 26 years of experience in special education, my mission is to advocate for students' rights and ensure they receive the education they deserve.

Helping those who lack power has been my lifelong north star. My journey began as a teenager in small-town Texas, volunteering with children and seniors with disabilities.
After studying at the University of Texas, that passion for justice grew into citizen advocacy for families in Austin, centered on issues of child safety.
However, it was in a special needs classroom that my journey truly began. The moment I became a teacher, everything clicked. I found a sense of purpose that used both my head and my heart.
After 26 years in public education, I am now a veteran teacher and interventionist ready to bring that same head and heart to serve your family.
What specific educational or behavioral challenges is your child facing in school? Do you feel heard? Are you struggling to navigate the maze that is public education?
I founded OneAdvocate to be your partner and advocate, ensuring your child has every tool they need to thrive. I am experienced, skilled, and dedicated to helping you and your child. I look forward to meeting you! ~Ann
